O’Fallon Public Library Special Board Meeting Minutes April 9, 2015
President Larry Morrison called the meeting to order at 2:00 pm in the small conference room. Also present were Board Members
Linda Kahley Harriet Baker, Nancy Clark, Bob Kueker, Doug Distler, Dennis Grimmer, Betty Reed and Library Director Molly Scanlan.
New Business: The project manual and bid documents for Library Renovation and Remodeling Project were discussed. With the exception of some built-ins furniture is not included in this bid. Harriet Baker made the motion to begin Advertisement for Bids for the construction phase of the project on Tuesday, April, 14, 2015, with a pre-bid conference to be held on April 23, 2015, and Bid Opening on Mary 7th. Betty Reed seconded the motion. All ayes, motion approved. M. Scanlan will run the Advertisement for Bids in the BND on Tuesday, April 14, 2015.
