City Hall Extended Operation Hours

O’Fallon, Illinois – Beginning on April 1, 2024, City Hall will be expanding operation hours to make it more convenient for O’Fallon residents and customers to conduct business. City Hall’s new hours are 7 a.m. – 5:15 p.m., Monday – Friday.

“We are always looking for ways to improve our service delivery. By opening earlier and staying open later, our residents and customers can now take care of business outside of hours that their other obligations, like work or dropping off kids, usually take,” said Mayor Herb Roach. “We also think it will be a good way to recruit and retain good employees, by offering flexible scheduling that includes the option to work four, ten-hour shifts.”

These new operation hours are part of a six-month trial period. At the end of the trial period, we will reevaluate the benefits added and determine if they are to become permanent.
