IDOT Lane Closures at East Highway 50 at IL 158
O’Fallon, Illinois – The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) will have lane restrictions in the westbound lanes of East Highway 50, west of Illinois 158 in O’Fallon beginning Tuesday, December 27, 2016 through January 30, 2017. The lane closure is needed to construct intersection improvements for RecPlex Drive.
Lane restrictions may be encountered throughout the day and may result in significant traffic delays. Motorists are encouraged to utilized alternate routes.
Traffic control devices will be utilized to assist motorist during these restrictions. IDOT asks that motorists be patient, reduce speed, obey all warning signs, and use additional caution when traveling near this work zone.
