O’Fallon EMS Week – May 22-26, 2017

NEWS FROM O’FALLON CITY HALL FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

O’Fallon, Illinois - At the May 15, 2017 O’Fallon City Council Meeting, Mayor Herb Roach and the City Council issued a Proclamation declaring May 22 – 26, 2017 as O’Fallon EMS Week in appreciation to O’Fallon’s Emergency Medical Services Department for the vital services they perform in our community.

“When a serious injury or accident occurs in our City, residents can rest assured that they are in good hands with the O’Fallon EMS Department,” said Mayor Roach. “I encourage everyone to attend the EMS Open House on May 17th. The event is free and open to all.”

The EMS Open House is on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 from 4 – 7 p.m., at Fire Station #4 (1215 Taylor Road). The event will include many fun activities for children and adults including tours of the EMS/Fire Headquarters building, a bounce house, a landing by the Air Medical Helicopter, weather permitting, and a live extrication performed by the O’Fallon Fire Department. Free hotdogs and chips will be served.
