O’Fallon Police Department Teaming Up with Kurt Warner First Things First Foundation and Operation Food Search to Host a Coat Drive

NEWS FROM O’FALLON CITY HALL FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

O’Fallon, Illinois –  Mayor Gary L. Graham is pleased to announce that the O’Fallon Police Department will once again team up with the Kurt Warner First Things First Foundation and Operation Food Search for the 15th Annual Warners’ Warm-up Coat Drive. From November 1st –14th, the O’Fallon Police Department will host a drop off location at the Public Safety Facility, 285 North Seven Hills Road.

“I encourage all residents to donate new and gently-used winter coats to help keep our neighbors warm during the cold winter months,” stated Mayor Graham. “Residents can donate at any time by bringing coats of all sizes to the drop off location at the O’Fallon Public Safety Building.”

Warners’ Warm-up is held annually November 1st – 14th to collect winter coats in the Bi-state area. Operation Food Search gets the coats to those who need them most via local homeless shelters, schools, and social service centers. To date, Warners’ Warm-up has provided coats to well over 200,000 people during the cold winter months.
