PLEASE REMOVE VEHICLES AND OBSTRUCTIONS FROM DESIGNATED EMERGENCY SNOW ROUTES

O’Fallon, Illinois – Due to the National Weather Forecast of snow potentially impacting the City of O’Fallon, February 1-3, 2022, Mayor Herb Roach would like to remind everyone to please remove vehicles and other obstructions from designated emergency snow routes so that snowplows may effectively treat the roadways.

While driving, please give plenty of room to the plows on the roadway.

Please remove obstructions from the roadway prior to snowfall. Violations of the emergency snow routes may cause your vehicle(s) to be subject to a tow at the owner’s expense.

As a reminder: non-snow route Subdivision streets will only be addressed if snowfall accumulation exceeds depths of 4 inches or at the discretion of the Director of Public Works or his designee.
