“I congratulate each of these employees on their achievement and sincerely thank them for their dedication to our community.  Their expertise and professionalism is one of the many reasons why O’Fallon is such a great community in which to live,” said Mayor Graham.

During that time, he has served as a Detective, Field Training Officer, Patrol Sergeant, Traffic and Training Coordinator, and most recently, as a Lieutenant and O’Fallon’s Investigations Commander. “My congratulations to Capt. Cavins, Lt. Brueggeman, and Sgt. Mojzis,” said Public Safety Director, Chief Eric Van Hook.  “These are three very capable individuals who are excited about the opportunity to serve the community.”

The promotions are a result of the recent retirement of Mick Hunter, who served 27 years with the O’Fallon Police Department.
