Water Conservation For O’Fallon Water Customers

O’Fallon, Illinois - Important Notice from Illinois American Water: Due to the impact of flooding on Illinois American Water operations, customers are being directed to conserve water use and to restrict all non-essential water use until further notice. This includes O’Fallon water customers in the Cities of O’Fallon and Fairview Heights. The City of O’Fallon Purchases water wholesale from Illinois American Water.

Please refrain from non-critical water use like running sprinklers, dishwashers and washing machines at this time. Please also avoid filling bathtubs if at all possible and use showers instead. 

The Illinois American team reacted quickly and is working to complete critical repairs. While this work is completed, customer conservation of water use is critical to maintaining water service for customer needs including sanitation and fire protection.
