2022 Municipal Mowing C2 SItes

The City of O’Fallon, St. Clair County, Illinois, will receive sealed bids for 2022 Municipal Mowing C2 Sites until 8:30 a.m. on March 16th, 2022, at the office of the City Clerk in City Hall, 255 South Lincoln, O’Fallon., Illinois 62269.  All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 8:30 a.m. on March 16^th, 2022.   The sealed bids must be delivered to the City Clerk before 8:30 a.m., March 16th, 2022.   The sealed bids must be delivered to the City Clerk, during regular business hours, prior to the stated bid opening day and time. Please ensure all bids are sealed in an envelope and labeled with the name of your company, bid name, date, and time.

The following contract documents (Project Specifications and Provisions), (Site Map), (Site Aerial Photos), (Proposal Packet) are on file and will be available during regular office hours at the City of O’Fallon Parks and Recreation Department, Katy Cavins Community Center located at 308 E 5^th Street, O’Fallon, Illinois 62269.     

The proposed work consists of turf maintenance consisting of primary mowing and trimming at varying locations of City property.    

The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond or cashier’s check in the amount equal to one complete mowing cycle as submitted on the bid proposal sheet.

No bid will be accepted, nor opened, which has been received from any bidder who is not bid document holder of record, with the official bid issuing entity identified as the City of O’Fallon Parks and Recreation Department.   

No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the actual date of opening thereof.   The City of O’Fallon, Illinois, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
