REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

For Preliminary Engineering Services (Phase 1 & 2) for

Hartman Lane – Central Park Drive Intersection Improvements

RFQ Issued: May 22, 2019

Response Due: June 5, 2019

The City of O’Fallon, Illinois is issuing a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to IDOT Prequalified Engineering firms for preliminary engineering services for the Hartman Lane – Central Park Drive Intersection Improvements Project.

In order to have your firm considered, please submit RFQ in a sealed envelope containing three (3) copies, marked “Hartman Lane – Central Park Drive Preliminary and Design Engineering Services”. 

Proposals must be received at the City of O’Fallon City Hall, ATTN: Department of Public Works, 2nd Floor, 255 South Lincoln Avenue, O’Fallon, IL 62269, no later than June 5, 2019 at 5:00 P.M. (CST).  Proposals received after the closing time and date will be returned unopened.
