Roof Replacement Project Katy Cavins Community Center

Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 pm on Thursday, August 22, 2019, in the O’Fallon County Clerk’s Office, of the O’Fallon City Hall, 255 South Lincoln Avenue in O’Fallon, IL.  Then they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the O’Fallon City Hall Council Chambers.

Project consists of roof work on a higher barrel vault and lower storage roof areas at the

Katy Cavins Community Center located at 308 East 5th Street. in O’Fallon, IL.  Work

includes removal of existing roofing and installation of new TPO roof and associated accessories.

An optional per-bid conference will be held at 2:00 pm. on Thursday, August 08, 2019 at

the Katy Cavins Community Center, 308 East 5th Street, O’Fallon, IL.

The Contractor for this project will comply with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations including the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and the Illinois Preference Act.   City of O’Fallon, Illinois, reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids.  No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 30 days subsequent to the opening of bids.
