The City of O’Fallon, St. Clair County, Illinois, will receive sealed proposals/bids for WORKERS COMPENSATION COVERAGE & SERVICES until September 30, 2022, 4:30 P.M. at City Hall, 255 South Lincoln, O’Fallon, Illinois 62269. The sealed bids must be delivered to Greg Anderson, Management Analyst, before 4:30 p.m., during regular business hours, prior to the stated bid closing time and date. The Bid Specifications Packet, including Insurance Specifications & Current Policy Statements, are on file at the office of the Administration Department of the City of O'Fallon at 255 South Lincoln Avenue, O'Fallon, Illinois, 62269.

No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the actual date to the opening thereof.  The City of O'Fallon, Illinois, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
