X.        EXECUTIVE SESSION Occasionally, the Council may go into closed session in order to discuss such items covered under 5 ILCS 120/2 (b) which are as follows:  Legal Matters; Purchase, Lease or Sale of Real Estate; Setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body; Employment/appointment matters; Business matters or Security/criminal matters and may possibly vote on such items after coming out of closed session.
