City Of O’Fallon Upgrades Utility Billing Epay System

O’Fallon, Illinois – The City of O’Fallon has upgraded its utility billing Epay system. The new online system will allow customers to not only submit payments, but also view account information, current balance, past payments, and consumption history.

“We are always looking for ways to make it easier on our residents and customers and help the City be more efficient,” said Mayor Herb Roach. “This new upgrade will help a lot of people stay current on their utilities and make them more aware of their usage, all from their computer or mobile device.” 

The new Epay system can be accessed from the City’s homepage, www.ofallon.org, by clicking on “Pay My Bill” then “Water/Sewer Bill” or accessed directly at https://www.ofallon.org/utility-billing/pages/welcome-to-the-new-epay-system. Customers will need their account number and name (as it appears on the bill) to log in.
