O’Fallon Police Detective Carl Walker Receives the ISBA Law Enforcement Award

O’Fallon, Illinois At the August 21, 2017 City Council Meeting, O’Fallon Police Detective Carl Walker received the Law Enforcement Award from the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA). Detective Walker received the award for his efforts in creating ILCRIMES, a tool that automates the sharing of details related to criminal incidents, law enforcement contacts, and resources for the St. Clair County Investigative Professional Group.

“Detective Walker is a great example of the quality of officers that make up the O’Fallon Police Department,” said Mayor Herb Roach. “He is an important part of the O’Fallon team and we are extremely proud of him.”

Since launching in October 2016, ILCRIMES has over 250 registered users on the site and is being used locally and regionally to help fight crime.
