O’Fallon, Illinois The City of O’Fallon was recently awarded $2,350 through Waste Management’s “Think Green” Grant Program to help purchase eight new recycling receptacles and 24 new recycling receptacle dome lids for the O’Fallon Family Sports Park.

“The City of O’Fallon is determined to help increase opportunities for all of our residents to recycle,” said Mayor Herb Roach. “This grant from Waste Management will help us further achieve that goal.”

The new recycling receptacles will be installed near the new soccer fields and the dome lids will be added to enhance the already existing receptacles at the O’Fallon Family Sports Park.

Waste Management’s grant will complement the City of O’Fallon’s ongoing commitment to provide recycling receptacles at high use recreation facilities throughout the community.
