Todd Roach

Todd was elected Council Member for Ward 4 in 2019. Prior to serving as a Council Member Todd served as Vice President on the O’Fallon Community Consolidated District #90 School Board and also as a Trustee for O’Fallon Township.

Born and raised in O’Fallon Todd is a lifelong resident and a graduate of OTHS. He and his wife, Jackie, have four children, a set of twin girls, Olivia and Reese, and two older daughters, Kaleigh and Stella who attend District #90 schools.

Todd earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and International Business and currently serves as the head of Human Resources for a manufacturing company. He has over seventeen years of experience working in both in Retail Management and Manufacturing having managed diverse workforces across multiple states as well as internationally. He and his wife are both proud small business owners and combined have over 20 years of experience managing and operating local businesses.    

Todd is an active member with his church and enjoys volunteering with various organizations including Habitat for Humanity, the American Red Cross, and local youth sport programs.

His interest in serving as a Council Member came from his desire to help better his community by using his experience and abilities where he can work with others to engage with the residents of his Ward and throughout O’Fallon. Working collaboratively to provide safe and welcoming environment for our residents and businesses, where we maintain and provide solid infrastructures and services and promote growth and development that benefits our community.
