Andrea Fohne

Andrea was appointed to the City Council on May 16th, 2022.

Andrea was born and raised here and is proud to be a fifth generation O’Fallonite! She graduated from OTHS in 2004 and McKendree University in 2008 with a degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminal Justice. While attending college she began working in the records department at the O’Fallon Police Department. Upon graduation she continued working for O’Fallon as a telecommunicator and full time at the Shiloh Police Department managing their records division. During this time she received the following honors: O’Fallon Police Department Letter of Commendation, Fairview Heights Police Department Letter of Commendation, and a Shiloh Police Department Distinguished Service Award. Recently, she has continued her career in the legal industry working as a paralegal in downtown St. Louis.

But Andrea’s true passion is serving her community. She is a lifetime member of the O’Fallon Historical Society, having served as their Vice President in 2018. Also, she was appointed to the O’Fallon Historical Preservation Commission in 2016 and served as the committee chair from 2020-2022. Andrea believes that by understanding O’Fallon’s past she will be better prepared to help plan for its future.

She is a director on the Friends of the O’Fallon Library Board and has also volunteered with the O’Fallon Township Youth Committee, O’Fallon Sportsmen’s Club, United Way, and at various Downtown District events.

She loves spending time with her rescue dogs Scout and Minnie Pearl, playing trivia with friends, and being Aunt Bob!

Andrea is honored to serve the residents of Ward 3 and genuinely wishes to be a voice for their concerns.
