Stephanie Smallheer

Stephanie was elected as a Council Member in Ward 4 in April of 2021.

She was born in Wellsville, New York, but moved around as a child due to being in a military family. Stephanie became an O’Fallon resident in 2000 and attended OTHS and graduated in 2003.

She married her high school sweetheart Matt, and together they opened their business, Tye Dyed Iguana in O’Fallon in 2006. During her free time, she enjoys being in nature with her 2 children and husband.

Stephanie’s desire to serve the O’Fallon community began after joining the O’Fallon -Shiloh Chamber of Commerce in 2008, and then The Rotary Club of O’Fallon in 2010. She enjoys hearing and learning about what happens in O’Fallon, and it motivates her to be involved. She wants to support the community in which her children and business are growing in.

Her interest in becoming a Council Member has been there for many years. She is ready to keep O’Fallon moving forward with the momentum it already has going. Stephanie looks forward to talking with residents and helping them in any way she can.
