Waste Management Additional Help

If you have contacted Waste Management customer service and need additional assistance, use this form. Requests should address a specific issue and please provide all relevant details.  As a reminder, Waste Management will not pick up any items outside of the trash and recycling containers unless a bulk pickup is scheduled through Waste Management.

Please report missed pickups with Waste Management. Information on reporting a missed pickup. Additional carts also need to be ordered through your WM account page or by calling customer service.
