Arrest Made in Hit and Run

As a result of the investigation into the hit and run which occurred Saturday night, O’Fallon Detectives arrested 21 year old, Taylor Morgan, of Shiloh, IL who was identified as the driver when the crash occurred.
Today the case was presented to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office who charged Morgan with one felony count of Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Personal Injury. Morgan’s bond was set at $40,000.00. She is being held in the St. Clair County Jail.
The motorcyclist has been treated and released from the hospital.
