Charges filed in death of Sherry Billups.

On Wednesday, April 24, 2019 the St. Clair County States Attorney's Office issued charges against Andrew McKissick related to the death of Sherry Billups on April 22, 2019. Andrew McKissick was charged with First Degree Murder (class M felony), Aggravated Arson (class X felony), and Aggravated Battery (class X felony). Bond was set at $2,000,000.00. Andrew McKissick is in custody in Tennesee, pending extradition to Illinois.
