O'Fallon Police Conducting Homicide Investigation

At approximately 0723am on Monday, April 22nd, the O'Fallon Police Department received numerous calls of a person and vehicle on fire in the 300 block of Obernuefemann Rd., O'Fallon.  The female victim was outside the vehicle when O'Fallon Emergency Responders arrived.  The Emergency Responders rendered aid to the victim but due to her severe injuries, she was pronounced deceased on scene by the St. Clair County Coroner's office. The victim was identified as, Sherry J. Billups (35 years of age) from the 600 block of W. Madison, O'Fallon, IL.

The victim's husband, Andrew Montez McKissick; 36 year old black male, 5'08 155lbs (refer to picture) is currently wanted for questioning regarding the investigation.  McKissick is believed to be driving a white, 2002 Chevrolet Z71extended cab pick-up with black trim bearing Illinois registration 2543195-B.
