Press Release - Fatal Traffic Crash Frank Scott Parkway

On Sunday April 30th at 4:54 PM O’Fallon Police, Fire, and EMS responded to the 1200 block of Frank Scott Parkway just west of Fountain Lakes for a traffic crash involving one vehicle. A Chevrolet Tahoe, which was occupied by Antonio El-Amin (35 Years old) from Collinsville, IL was traveling westbound on Frank Scott Parkway when it veered into a construction site and crashed into a bridge under construction.
Upon arrival, emergency responders discovered El-Amin was deceased from injuries suffered in the crash. El-Amin was the sole occupant of the Tahoe.
As a result of the crash investigation, Frank Scott Parkway was closed for several hours yesterday evening.
